TAIZE PRAYER SERVICE

On Friday Feb. 3rd at 7:00pm  we will be having our monthly prayer service in the style of Taize.  Join us for a meditative, candlelite prayer service in the Fellowship Hall.

SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY

The youth will be at the doors during worship on Super Bowl Sunday, 2/5, to receive your gifts of canned/dry goods or cash. When it started, the request was for each person in worship to donate $1 to fight local hunger. The offering now receives millions each year. This year’s donations will go to The Salvation Army.

DINNER, DESSERT, and a DVD

Come join us for DINNER, DESSERT, and a
DVD on Friday, February 17 at 6:00 PM.
Potluck dinner will be held prior to the showing of
a popular movie.

BOOK CLUB

The Book Club will be meeting on Tuesday, February
28th at 7:00 PM. They will be meeting at the
home of Bette Smith to discuss the book “Room” by
Emma Donoghue.
In March they will be discussing “The Dressmaker
of Khair Khana” by Gayle Lemmon.
